Mr. Lim a senior executive and management consultant with over 25 years experience in the North American Green Real Estate and Corporate Sustainability in Industry.

He is founder and President of Ecolibrium Strategies Inc., a management consulting firm focused on better performing real estate portfolios.

Previously Mr. Lim held executive roles at

Pinchin Environmental Ltd., one of Canada largest environmental service firms; Brookfield Johnson Controls (formerly BLJC), one of Canada's largest facilities operators with over 100M square feet under management; and at Honeywell Ltd a global leader in building control technologies.

With strong networks in the Construction, Real Estate and Sustainability industries within North America, Mr. Lim is a frequent advisor and conference speaker for energy performance, intelligent buildings, sustainability, resilience and adaptation.

He is a LEED accredited professional, and an active volunteer with the Canada Green Building Council having been recognized for volunteer leadership for his work as Chair in adapting LEED Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance for Canada.

He has a degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and a Masters in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Edwin has traveled extensively internationally and has a strong ability to bridge the gap between different cultures.

Mr. Khalili is a senior executive with over 20 years experience in operations, distribution, sales, strategy and finance, in both North American and international markets.

He is Managing Director of DBL Cleantech Capital, a Canadian venture capital firm focused on enabling the global growth of early stage Clean Technology companies.

Prior to joining DBL, he was an Executive Vice President of an early stage cleantech management group where he directly worked with entrepreneurs in the clean technology space.

Previous to this, Mr. Khalili held executive roles with a leading industrial parts manufacturing and distribution company, focusing on corporate strategies, sales processes and management, process re-engineering and operations. This experience spanned from front line sales and operations responsibilities to managing multiple business units with P&L control.

Mr. Khalili also headed up business development activities and formed sales strategy with an international manufacturing company, with business operations in Europe and the Middle East. As a result, he has a strong background in sales, manufacturing and distribution, operations, process control, finance and customer service.

Mr. Khalili holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. Mr. Khalili has served as an executive on boards such as the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto.
